Binigaus Vell: land, sea and soul

Here, where you rest today, wheat was once sown and cows were milked. Mahón-Menorca cheese was made from what the land provided,
with respect for the traditions and love for what surrounds us.

Today, it is a rural hotel that still smells of the countryside and the sea. With 89 hectares of nature, white stone and blue sky, today we no longer produce.
Today we are a magical place where you can connect with the essence and soul of Menorca; our island and our home.

At Binigaus Vell there are only a few rooms and they are spread throughout the estate. We believe that this is the only way for each guest to find their own space, their own peace and quiet. We have 6 double rooms, 9 superior double rooms with terrace, 5 junior suites with terrace and 7 Junior Suite de Luxe with private pool.
