Located just 0.8 kilometres from the village of Es Migjorn Gran, the hotel offers a magical haven of tranquillity and peace at the heart of what was once a vast estate – spanning 89 hectares – dedicated to the production of cereals and milk, the raw materials for the succulent pieces of artisan Mahón cheese, skilfully crafted by expert hands.
The hotel comprises 7 Deluxe Junior Suites with private pools, 5 Junior Suites with terraces, 9 Superior Double Rooms with terraces and 6 Double Rooms.

As the sun goes down and the breeze rustles through the pine trees, the stoves at Binigaus Vell are lit. At our restaurant, you’ll find dishes that celebrate local produce, cooked without haste and with the authentic flavour of Menorca. Duck cannelloni with oranges from our orchards, octopus casserole, Menorcan-style red snapper… Island recipes, fresh ingredients, seasonal produce and cuisine crafted with respect for what the land and sea provide.
